The hotel features excellent modern decor in its lobby and common areas with bright colors that create a cute atmosphere. The spacious family rooms offer room for all, and there's complimentary underground parking available.
Unfortunately, the experience is marred by a variety of inconsistencies. The distance from the town center can be inconvenient, especially if the weather turns, prompting an expensive taxi ride. The spa facilities didn't live up to expectations, as guests mentioned underwhelming amenities such as a malfunctioning hamam and jacuzzi. The lack of complimentary breakfast options resulted in some dissatisfaction, as guests had to pay extra for meals that, given the room rates, they felt should have been included. Issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, limited evening dining options, and a characterless ambiance have also been noted, contributing to an overall feeling that the hotel doesn't quite meet its advertised standards.

The staff was excellent friendly and cooperative, the accommodation was fabulous and clean. We had central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV set in the standard apartment. The property's location was incredible, close to a commercial centre. Further, it was close to town Center as well as the motorways.

I had a pleasant stay! The spacious, clean room with extra-long beds was perfect for relaxing after a long drive, and the simple spa was a nice bonus. I was surprised there was no dedicated parking available, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was reasonably large and spotless with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing table.
Fairly nice stay, as always. The place was fairly clean with free parking and a big bed. Location near to centre of a beautiful town and France and other places in the world and "Le Port de Dinan " down by the river. For tea or coffee visit The Donut Nest nearby...

This was just a great match for a fleeting moment in Dinan with best value. The staff were friendly, but not always available, and I found the modern decor in the lobby quite inviting. Consider bringing your own breakfast options to save some extra cash.

- Enthusiastic, helpful and friendly staff - the comfortable, roomy studio we stayed in - the stylish transformation which the owners had made of the original building - the location of the hotel: easy parking, good restaurant nearby, fifteen -minute walk into beautiful old centre of Dinan, easy access to roads leading to coast and other parts of Brittany.
1. Hotel only opened recently, so still some improvements needed in the studio: - range of TV channels (good equipment, but no international channels provided) - clothes storage (one small wardrobe and no drawers) - pillows (bed very comfortable, but pillows stifling). 2. The check list of studio equipment and furnishings was unnecessarily long and it took us a while to check everything at the start of our stay.

Glass window between bathroom and bedroom - no privacy! Need more coffee sachets - 2 not enough.

Super clean rooms with a really friendly guy at reception.
A little bit far out of town if you are with elderly people who can't walk that far.

Comfortable, not too small room, clean bathroom
Breakfast was not included in the price, sauna and hammam were not included (same price as for outsiders), the bar was open in the evening, but there was no staff to serve us alcoolic drinks

Free upgrade to a junior suite (we booked within 3 hours of arrival). Very comfortable beds (especially by French hotel standards). Breakfast in bed was a lovely treat with extensive choices.
Window in to the bathroom was a bit odd but at least the toilet was separate!
